The Commerce extension of your Precis account is your hub for all orders coming in from your website.  You can view, process and manage individual orders, set shipping, tax and sales rules and view order and revenue trending over time.  Let's break down each section of your Commerce dashboard and explore their use.

1.  The first thing you see in the Commerce dashboard is a sampling of all current orders.  Today's Orders only lists incoming orders for the specific day.  To view all open orders from previous days, click the "View All Open Orders" button; the number in parenthesis denotes the amount of open orders total, for any set of days.

2.  The Monthly Commerce Performance Snapshot (Current Month) section summarizes all activity for the month.  The date range can be adjusted to for a broader set of data.

• Number of Orders - total orders for the month, filled/serviced, or still open
• Repeat Orders - amount of orders from customers who have previously ordered from you
• Revenue - total generated from orders, for the given time period
• Number of Days - total days (into the month or specific time period) the captured data covers
• Average Order Value (AOV) - given the data in the specified time period, all orders are averaged in sum
• Customer Affinity - percentage of customers who return for repeat orders
• Orders per Day - averaging of number of orders over time period
• Revenue per Day - averaging of revenue over time period

3.  Your All Time Ecommerce Snapshot summarizes all captured data over the time of your Precis subscription.

The Useful Tools section on your Commerce Dashboard contains a myriad of devices to fine-tune and solidify the order process for the customer, as well as for your own internal processesing.
