How do I manually enter orders for my clients in Precis?
Answer:
Step 1. From Sales dashboard in Precis, click the “Create New Order” button in the Recent Working Orders section.

Step 2. Pick the contact to append the order to using the “Pick Contact” button and selecting the recipient of the order. The Pricing Level and File Contact Under drop-downs can be left alone. Finally, select the “Submit” button to move on.

Step 3. Select the product category for the order.

Step 4. Select the specific product by clicking on the product name. You can either click the product name itself, or the "Learn More" button.

Step 5. The product details will appear exactly as they do for the client on the website. Add the quantity of the product for the order and click the "Add to Order" button.

Step 6. Review the order for accuracy. Quantity can be adjusted, a coupon code can be appended if applicable, and related prodcuts can be added to the order. Click "Checkout/Place Order" when ready to proceed.

Step 7. In the next screen, the customer's billing and shipping address an be verified, changed or added. Click "Continue."
Step 8. Select the shipping method and add any special shipping instructions. Click "Continue to Payment."

Step 9. To complete the order, review the customer's contact, shipping and billing information, the product to be purchased, and enter the payment information. To place the order, click the "Complete Order" button.
