Chris Leebelt
President and Founder
As President of Precis E-business Systems, Chris sets the course and strategy for the company.  As a pioneer in what is now called search engine optimization, Chris began performing SEO and strategic e-business services for clients as far back as 1997.  Prior to Precis E-business, Chris served as President and CEO of E-com Media Group, Precis' predecessor which was acquired by Data393 in 2004.  Following the acquisition, Chris served as Sr. Vice President of Data393 where he crafted the sales and marketing strategy, product strategy and ran the E-business Solutions division of the company.  In 2005, Chris returned to his roots to found and lead Precis E-business Systems.   http://www.linkedin.com/in/chrisleebelt

Brian Miesbauer
Vice President of Operations
Brian is responsible for planning and feature development of the Precis E-business Platform in addition to managing all project scheduling, customer service and training.  Prior to joining Precis in 2002, Brian completed the Professional Development Program at Nelnet where he developed online student loan applications systems.    Brian also served as E-business Technical Director for Data393 from 2004-2005.

Damon Willard
Vice President of IS/IT
Damon is responsible for the IT infrastructure of Precis including the Precis E-business Platform and client hosting environments.  In addition, Damon sets the policy of the company for all issues related to disaster recovery, security, and monitoring.  Prior to joining Precis in 2002, Damon was a Senior Systems Engineer at Sun Microsystems where he managed the Advanced Development Group responsible for a multi-divisional intranet and supported 10,000+ users per day.  Damon also served as a Systems Engineer for Data393 from 2004-2005.

Jarrett "The Code Hammer" Fisher
Vice President of Development
Jarrett is the brains behind the Precis E-business Platform and leads Precis' strategic direction as an Application Service Provider.  Prior to joining Precis, Jarrett was the CTO for Ripple Applications, a custom software development company where he co-invented and engineered Ripple's patent pending ASP platform. In addition, Jarrett founded Ripple Egypt where he managed over 20 web development professionals in Cairo, Egypt.  Jarrett holds a CCNA certification as well as five Microsoft Certifications.

Kristen Feichtner
Director of Strategic Marketing Services
Kristen oversees the management, execution and formation of all Web marketing, search engine optimization and paid adverting campaigns for all Precis clients.  Before joining Precis, Kristen worked for the student loan company Nelnet where she worked as a client manager that helped lenders meet their marketing, performance and operations goals.  Kristen is a Google Adwords Certified Individual as well as certified through SEMPO for search engine marketing.

Bo Frize
Web Developer/Designer
Bo is the creative inspiration behind all Precis Web designs.  Bo's daily responsibilities included concepting and designing client Websites, landing pages, email campaigns, product pages and category page as part of the Precis conversion enhancement services.  Prior to joining Precis, Bo worked as a designer  for Media Breakaway.  In addition, Bo was responsible for the Website design and maintenance for the University of North Dakota.

Sabrina Parr
Online Marketing Manager
Sabrina has worked in the online industry for over 10 years. She currently manages web marketing for a variety of clients, including search engine optimization, social media, pay-per-click advertising and comparison shopping engine marketing. Prior to Precis, Sabrina worked for online ecommerce retailer,  AllAboardToys.com where she managed departments on the site, SEO and other online marketing efforts.

Kyle Hansen
Web Developer
Kyle is a web and application developer on the Precis E-business Platform. As a web developer, he has worked on many different platforms and languages, and has been creating complex .NET Web applications for several years. Kyle has experience developing for many industries, including real estate, mining, large industry, and the railroad.

Jessica Leebelt
Strategic Account Manager
Jessica is responsible for the support and servicing of our strategic marketing clients and is a key member of our client support team.  In addition, Jessica oversees the social media marketing campaign for all Precis clients.   Before joining Precis, Jessica served as an Account Manager at Data393.
